Center Point's Caden Roberson was a Home Run away from hitting the cycle as the Pirates beat the Harper Longhorns 9-5. Roberson finished 3-4 with 3 RBI's and also came in late in the game to pitch and get the save. Roberson had a RBI Single, RBI Double and a RBI Triple. Harper took a 3-1 lead after 2 innings but the Pirates went ahead in the 4th inning. Listen to the Game.

Medina Bobcat Pitcher J.R. Gonzales struck out 6 batters and allowed 4 hits as Medina beat the visiting Falls City Beavers 9-2. Gonzales also was 2-4 at the plate with 3 RBI's including a 2 run Home Run. Medina Bobcat Zach Reed finished the game 3-4 from the plate with 2 RBI's. Falls City Beaver SS Keyshawn Johnson hit a towering Home Run over the left center field wall that put the Beavers up 1-0 in the 1st inning.

Center Point Pirate Left Fielder Riley Leifeste went 3 for 4 from the plate and had 3 RBI's as the Pirates beat the Menard Yellow Jackets 23-0. The Pirates scored 16 runs in the 1st inning and 7 runs in the 2nd before Menard Pitcher Mason Stanley entered the game to shut down the high powered Pirate bats. Pirate Pitcher Caden Robertson fanned 7 Yellow Jackets and allowed just 1 hit. Listen to the Game.

Tivy Antler Pitcher Lance Ford allowed 2 hits and 2 runs and struckout 5 Lions in 5 1/3 innings of play. Ford was also 3 for 5 from the plate with 3 Doubles and 3 RBI's in a 12-2 win over Lockhart. Cole Miears went 3 for 3 at the plate as well as Travis White was 3 for 3 from the plate. Jose Viveros hit a Solo Homerun in the third inning. Listen to the game.

Comfort Bobcat Catcher Trenton Gwaltney hit a bases loaded 3 run double in the top of the 7th inning to tie the Hill Country Nation Game of the Week against the Ingram Warriors at 6. The Bobcats scored 2 more in the inning and then held off the Warriors for an 8-7 win. Ingram Warrior Pitcher Dee Crittenden struck out 9 Bobcats and only allowed 4 hits in 5 1/3 innings pitched. Normangee Pitcher Ashlyn Teran struck out 6 batters and allowed 4 hits as the Lady Panthers ended the Harper Lady Horns Playoff run in the Class 2A Region 4 Semi-Finals. Harper Pitcher Callie Koenig struck out 7 Lady Panthers in the loss. Harper will be saying goodbye to a high class of Seniors and finished the year 26-7. Listen to the Game.

KERRVILLE VS. BOERNE

The Kerrville All Stars used a 9 run 5th inning to come from behind to defeat the Boerne All Stars for the Majors Division (11-12 year old) District Championship 11-7. Kerrville's Pitcher Eric Tenery went 3-4 with a single, 2 doubles and 2 RBI's from the plate and recorded 5 Strikeouts on the mound. Boerne's Brock Browning had 2 RBI's in the loss. Kerrville will now prepare for the Sectional Tournament to start July 5, 2018. Listen to the Game.
