ROCKSPRINGS AT MEDINA

The Rocksprings Angoras got another win in District Play by defeating the Medina Bobcats 43-39. Rocksprings Geronomo Silva scored a game high 21 points in the Angora win. The Bobcats lead early on in the game but after an 8-0 run in the 2nd quarter by the Angoras and with the lead never looked back, except when the Bobcats went on a 9-2 run late in the 4th quarter to cut the lead to 2. Late free throws by Rocksprings sealed the game. Brady Clark and J.R. Gonzalez had 11 points each for Medina.
